Yes. Students who have finished their Class 11 exams can apply. If they clear the qualifier, they join the programme after passing Class 12.

In each of the four courses, the average of your best two of the first three weekly graded assignment scores must reach the minimum for your category — 40% for General, 35% for OBC-NCL/EWS and 30% for SC/ST/PwD — in every course.

General candidates need at least 40% in each course and a 50% average. OBC-NCL/EWS need 35% in each and a 45% average; SC/ST/PwD need 30% in each and a 40% average.

It is a single four-hour, in-person exam covering all four qualifier courses of your programme.

If you had a hall ticket, you can re-attempt in the same term without redoing the weekly assignments, for a re-attempt fee (₹2,000 for General/OBC). If you did not get a hall ticket, you can apply again in a later term.

Only after the official deadline has passed. Before that, each page shows the concepts being tested, a hint for every question and practice questions.

The application fee is ₹4,000 for General/OBC candidates, ₹2,000 for SC/ST/PwD candidates and ₹1,000 for SC/ST candidates who are also PwD. It is non-refundable.

Candidates who were eligible to write the most recent JEE Advanced can join the Foundation level directly by paying the admission fee.

If you register for courses in the same term as your qualifier, your qualifier exam score is counted as Quiz 1 for those courses.
